We make it easy to get forklift parts from the USA to Canada!
We're located in Holland, Michigan, only a few hours from the Canadian border in Port Huron/Sarnia. The prices you see on our website are in US dollars. When you use a credit card on our site, your credit card will convert the invoice to Canadian dollars.
All of our freight rates INCLUDE customs clearance and customs tax. We handle and pay all customs clearance issues on your side all charges are billed back to us so you don’t have to worry about handling import issues. We use shipping carriers such as UPS or FedEx to get our parts from Michigan to Canada.
Can you ship my forklift parts to Canada using air freight:
Yes! We can ship Fedex or UPS next day or second day. To determine rate to Canada, add item to shopping cart and freight charges will appear in drop down box. In the unlikely event that air freight charges are not shown as an option on an item, please call or email us and we will advise air freight shipping charges. Orders must be placed before 5pm eastern time to ship same day. Orders received after 5pm eastern time will ship the next business day.
Can I use my own shipping account? Intella’s shipping arrangements allow us to bill customs duties back to our account. It works best if we use our shipping carriers to Canada. Some common shipping couriers in Canada do not directly pick up in the United States and use 3rd party providers, slowing deliveries. We may be able to make exceptions, please call or email us to discuss further.
Can I use Purolator? Sorry Purolator does not pick up in our area. We use Fedex and UPS.
